Dexter Taylor
Dexter Taylor has over 20 years of software engineering experience, having gotten his start as a C++ developer in the New York dot-com boom of the 1990's. He went on to design and build mission-critical software at firms as diverse as Mail.com, Razorfish, Tgix Consulting, and Bloomberg News. This informs his perspective on software design and information management as it applies to growth, strategy, and planning.

Shane Newmark Dolch
Shane started her career as a Wall Street financial analyst. Over the next decade she lent her talent for development, communications, and strategy to the Times Square Development Project, ABC News, and the New York State Governor’s Office of Motion Picture and Television. She honed her technology skills during the dot-com boom as a Solutions Partner for the interactive agency Razorfish, moving on to become a Venture Partner for Rare Medium Group (building strong value in their tech incubator portfolio). She went on to work with National Financial Partners, where she developed processes and platforms for rapid scaling and growth. This served as the launchpad for her own consulting practice specializing in turnaround and strategy development for startups, 501C3s, and growth companies.
